Step 1 - Reach Out!

📧 Email us and let us know how you’d like to get involved! Opportunities include:

- Food preparation & service

- Food donation

- Monetary donation

- Sunday Funday activities

Or share your own ideas!

Step 2 - Complete a Criminal Record Check

📝 To volunteer in school, complete a Criminal Record Check through the Regina Police Service website.

Have it sent directly to Regina Public Schools (free for volunteers).

Note: Don’t worry about small past infractions — the important part is the Vulnerable Sector Check.

Once complete, email us to verify or bring a copy on your first day.
Complete your CRC

Step 3 - Get Connected

📅 Once you’re cleared, you’ll be added to our volunteer email list and shared calendar, where you can sign up for breakfast shifts, special events, and other opportunities.

✨ That’s it! You’ll be ready to join the team in making sure every student at Thomson starts their day nourished, cared for, and supported.
